Please note that one should apply for New NRI PAN card when the applicant is a Non Resident Indian Citizen, and has never applied for a Permanent Account Number (PAN) or does not have a PAN allotted to him.

• Sign & Send the Documents - Enclose the self attested proofs along with the application and send

3. NRE bank account statement in India

Following documents are accepted as proof of date of birth:

1. Affidavit sworn before a Magistrate stating the date of birth
2. Birth Certificate
3. Domicile Certificate issued by the Government
4. Driving License
5. Marriage Certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages
6. Matriculation Certificate or mark sheet of recognized board
7. Passport
8. Pension Payment Order
9. AADHAR Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India
10. Elector's Photo Identity Card
11. Central Government Health Scheme Card or Ex-servicemen Contributory Heath Scheme photo card
12. Photo Identity Card issued by the Central Government or a State Government or a Public Sector Undertaking

After the submission of the NRI PAN application to the authorities, the PAN authorities will ensure the delivery of new NRI PAN card at the address indicated by the applicant in the application form.
